Return Policy:
Hope is Key Jewelry promises to deliver high-quality products in good condition. If, for any reason, your purchase is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding delivery charges). Simply return your merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 7 days of receiving your order. We promise to process your request in a timely manner. Please note that for custom orders we offer exchanges only!
Shipping Policy:
We currently ship to the USA Only! Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving order/payment. Shipment time on out of stock items can vary. We do ask that our customers email us when their items arrive to verify the package is received in a timely manner.
Our current Shipping Special is Free Standard Shipping for Sale Extended to 6/1/20 or choose $7.50 Priority Flat Rate/Free for orders $100 & Up - (calculates at 2 to 5 business days - but I've noticed most times it's within 2 to 3).
